This policy explains what data the Zid Connector for Odoo (the “App”), provided by Cloudmen, handles, and how we use and protect it. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Store data: your Zid store ID, name and URL.
• Connection data: the access tokens Zid issues when you authorise the connection (OAuth), your license key, and the identifier of the linked Odoo database.
• Operational data: product, stock, order, customer and return data synced between your store and your own Odoo system.
• Contact data: your name, email and phone number when you contact our support team.

2. How we use data

• To run the sync between your Zid store and your Odoo system.
• To validate your license and protect the connection from unauthorised use.
• To provide technical support and troubleshoot errors.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Where data is stored

Order, customer and product data are stored in your own Odoo database. Cloudmen servers keep only connection and license data, and relay sync requests between Zid and Odoo. All data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

4. Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except with Zid to operate the connection, with the hosting providers that run our services, or where required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep connection data while the App is installed. When you uninstall the App from your store, the connection is stopped and your store’s access tokens and Odoo API key are deleted from our servers immediately. Your mappings, rules and sync history are kept for 30 days after you uninstall, so a reinstall keeps your setup, and are then permanently deleted. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time by email. Data stored in your own Odoo database remains under your control.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time by uninstalling the App.
